SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to ship within 2-3  working days of your order. Please allow slight delays at busy periods. We ship via royal mail using tracked 24 and 48 hour delivery in the UK. There may be delays beyond our control with Royal Mail. We ship to the USA using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. 

Shipping is calculated to the USA by weight, for example up to 2kg, 5kg, 10kg. You are resposnible for any fees due to customs charges. You can adjust items in your cart to check shipping cost, as you can add a number of items before it reaches the next bracket with lighter items, it is good to play around to see what you can add.

EASY RETURNS

You are able to return your order within 14 days of purchase.

Please email roar@stegandrex.co.uk to arrange. Due to us being a small business we are not able to offer full refunds or return postage unless the product is faulty or damaged.
