Scientists don't know whether Daeodon had scales, feathers, fur, or something else.
They had a hunched appearance, much like a bison. They had
extremely large, powerful teeth that were designed for ripping flesh and grinding plants. 
They were omnivores that ate just about everything, including small prey, prey killed by other predators, plants, vines, and berries.
Daeodon were 5.8 feet tall at their shoulders! 
They inhabited North America around 29 to 15 million years ago
